IMPORTANT NOTICE REGARDING COVID-19

 

Based on the current and on-going recommendations established by the Australian and New Zealand College of Obstetricians and Gynaecologists and SA Health, we have implemented a number of protocols to protect and ensure the safety of all individuals:

 

• Please phone reception on arrival & remain in your car whilst our friendly reception team go through our screening process with you

  • If you do not have a mobile phone, please make yourself known at the front desk

  • If you have arrived by public transport, please notify staff ahead of your appointment for alternative arrangements

 

• Please try to attend your appointment alone

  • Flexible arrangements may be made for those requiring a carer/translator by phoning reception on 7225 4335 ahead of your appointment

 

• Mandatory wearing of face masks at all times within the clinic

  • The medical reason for the exemption must be detailed in the certificate provided

  • Please provide this exemption at least 48 hours prior to your appointment for it to be considered, as we need to verify this with your GP

 

• Mandatory hand sanitisation upon entry

• Maintain 1.5m social distancing whenever possible

• We will no longer accept cash payments; please ensure your bank card and relevant funds are readily available at time of payment. Rest assured our EFTPOS machine will be sanitised after every use.

By acknowledging this protocol you agree to these terms of entry and agree to have the required documentation ready to present to our friendly staff upon request.

Finally, please be kind and considerate to each other as we try to navigate through these challenging times. We are committed to working with you, but have a zero tolerance policy for aggressive behaviour towards staff; you will be asked to leave the premises.
