Here at Women's Health + we use the latest in laser technology to gently resurface, rejuvenate and restore the appearance of smoother, firmer, tighter and younger looking skin on the face and neck. Known as a non-surgical or non-invasive facelift, this treatment is a great way to restore a youthful appearance without having to go under the knife. Typically little recovery is needed, with some patients only reporting a mild sunburn sensation post treatment, which quickly dissipates. This four-dimensional treatment lifts the face while simultaneously reducing wrinkles and tightening the skin.

Our Fotona4D laser treatment is unlike any other laser treatment provided. We offer non-surgical and non-invasive laser face lifting where different wavelengths are synergistically applied in four different modes. This allows us to work the deeper, medial and superficial connective structures of the skin, whilst targeting different skin imperfections. We take all individual clients' needs into consideration to help rejuvenate the face and replace lost volume.

How it works

Our dual-wavelength laser system from Fotona offers superior performance with the ability to penetrate deeply into the skin to create a thermal effect without damaging the skin's surface. This is a revolutionary non-ablative treatment that stimulates collagen contraction, shrinkage of old collagen fibres and the initiation of new collagen generation. The effects include an overall improvement of tightness and elasticity in the treated tissues, as well as a plumping effect much like a filler. The treatments offered are specific to each individual to target deeper imperfections and restore youthful texture.

The four steps of Fotona4D

1. SmoothLiftin. The first step involves a pain-free laser rejuvenation treatment delivered intraorally to rejuvenate the delicate tissues inside the mouth. The tightening of the oral cavity results in tighter skin on the exterior around the nasolabial folds, chin and mouth. SmoothLiftin is an ideal treatment for people who want to achieve immediate results that continue to improve over the course of several months.

2. FRAC3. The second step uses the FRAC3 fractionated laser mode, which targets the superficial and deeper layers of the skin to treat imperfections. FRAC3 is effective in treating irregularities in the superficial layers of the skin, such as sun spots and lesions, and it improves skin texture. It also tightens the skin and induces thermal heat to stimulate neocollagenesis.

3. PIANO. The third step uses the Nd:YAG fractionated laser to heat the deep layers of the dermis, initiating the process of strengthening the skin structures. PIANO mode homogeneously stimulates collagen to gently tighten and remodel the skin from the inside out.

4. SupErficial. The final step is a resurfacing laser peel, which can immediately brighten and tone the skin. SupErficial treatments safely resurface the skin by reducing fine lines, wrinkles and pore size, leaving overall skin tone and texture enhanced. This step requires no downtime, although it can be intensified for a full laser peel with minimal downtime. Most patients see noticeable improvements even after just one treatment.
