Gift voucher terms and conditions

These terms apply to gift vouchers issued by Women's Health +. By purchasing or redeeming a voucher you agree to be bound by them. For any questions, or to redeem a voucher, please contact the clinic directly.

• Vouchers can be used for cosmetic procedures and products offered by Women's Health +. They are non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash.
• Cosmetic procedures can only proceed at the discretion of the health practitioner following an initial skin consultation. The clinic may decline redemption where eligibility requirements are not met or contraindications are present.
• Vouchers are valid for 3 years from the date of purchase unless otherwise specified. The expiry date is stated on the voucher, and expired vouchers cannot be honoured.
• To redeem, contact the clinic to book. Vouchers cannot be redeemed on an initial skin consultation and must be presented at your appointment.
• Each voucher holds a monetary value equal to its purchase price. Any costs beyond that value are payable by the recipient at the time of treatment.
• Vouchers are non-refundable once purchased, except as required by consumer protection law.
• Treat your voucher like cash. The clinic is not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged vouchers, and they cannot be replaced or reimbursed.
• Women's Health + may update these terms from time to time. Changes take effect when published on this website.
